Producing a conference is one of the most complex tasks imaginable. Our timeline systems, production schedules, and site managers keep your projects on-time, on-budget, and under control. We provide a project manager as the single point of contact. This person coordinates all AMI services such as marketing and promotion, venue management, conference registration, A/V and production, speakers, special events, and financial management. The project manager "pulls it all together" to increase attendance, control costs, and create a "Wow!" event.

Professional Project Management
The Project Manager is a senior member of AMI and has overall responsibility for the success of the project. Generally, Project Managers:

  • Participate in all weekly logistics team meetings/conference calls as needed
  • Prepare and monitor the timeline for the conference for all areas of responsibilities managed by AMI
  • Act as the single point of contact for all logistics inquiries during the planning process
  • Prepare budget information and regular updates for all areas of responsibility managed by AMI.
  • Prepare the onsite production schedule for all AMI and registration staff.

Single Point of Contact = Single Point of Responsibility
We manage the vendors and AMI staff members so you don't have to. The last thing you want to hear is, "That's not my job".
